The Food Safety and Quality Assurance diploma program is a two-semester full-time/online program. Designed to give students with a Plus Two in Science and Microbiology who wish to work in the food processing business a stable future. As a result, the Food Safety and Quality Assurance diploma program is one-of-a-kind. It allows students to get a theoretical understanding of food safety and quality assurance. Students will have gained practical experience in food safety applications in an industrial processing environment, international food safety regulations, HACCP principles, project management, cleaning and hygiene principles, and the interdependence of food safety concepts and quality after completing the course.
